Imo… Designers to watch
Clartfart
I met Claire Pabst at Henry’s — a bar in my hometown, St. Louis. From the literal millisecond I met her, I thought “holy shit, this chick is cool.” We only spoke briefly, but she mentioned she was working on designing clothing. Now, Claire has designed clothing for celebrities like SZA and Chloe Cherry. I have been following her for so long, and I can tell you with full confidence that she is someone to watch. Claire uses secondhand items to sew her stunning, bold and sexy creations. Her products are sustainable and one-of-a-kind. I say this from personal experience, a complete fan girl of Claire’s and a returning customer.
Steff Eleoff
Staff Eleoff’s jewelry is absolutely stunning as well as bold and beautiful. Eleoff turns trendy into timeless. She has finally gotten the brand deal recognition she deserves and is working with Porsche to create customized keychains and other accessories. She is the definition of a girlboss and is someone to watch. Eleoff has a background in sculpture and fine arts and is an amazingly talented in silversmithing, which she uses to create her designs. Her pieces are made to “elevate daily looks.” I haven’t shopped from her yet, but I can’t wait ;)
Danielle Guizio
Guizio makes elevated, everyday looks as well as gorgeous, special-occasion pieces. Forbes wrote an article about Danielle and her business titled “How Fashion Designer Danielle Guizio Built an Empire with $400.” The article discusses how she dropped out of fashion school to start her own business with $400 in her parent’s basement. Yet another female-owned, badass business that deserves so much recognition for its quality and elevated designs. She has background in PR and business (duh), and she clearly has put it to good use. Guizio is one to watch. I say this as a returning customer and huge fan.
